Error: TNS-00045: INTCTL: Could not contact the Navigator on address

Causa: There was an attempt to contact a Navigator on a specific address which is not responding.

Acción: Check the TNSNAV.ORA file for that address. Or check that the Navigator is actually listening on that address.
