Error: TNS-00036: INTCTL: error reading from Navigator or Connection Manager error files

Causa: Problem while reading from Navigator or Connection Manager error files generated by the Navigator or Connection Manager when they fail to start.

Acción: Check that a standard Network Error directory exists and that all privileges on the directory are appropriate.
