Error: RMAN-06137: must have recovery catalog for REPORT SCHEMA AT TIME

Causa: A REPORT SCHEMA at_clause command was issued, but there is no recovery catalog database.

Acción: If you are not using a recovery catalog, then you may only issue the REPORT SCHEMA command with no at_clause.
