Error: RMAN-06002: command not allowed when not connected to a recovery catalog

Causa: A command that is allowed only when a recovery catalog connect string was supplied was attempted.

Acción: Avoid using the command, or restart RMAN and supply a recovery catalog connect string via the RCVCAT parameter.
