Error: PCC-00071: Unable to open message file.

Causa: The precompiler was unable to open the message file containing the messages that can be issued by the precompiler. This can happen if there are too many open files or if there were problems with installation of the precompiler.

Acción: Check that the limit for open files is high enough (check with the system manager). Otherwise, contact Oracle Support Services.
