Error: ORA-06745: TLI Driver: listener already running

Causa: The network address on which the TLI server awaits connection requests is in use, possibly because the server is already running.

Acción: Ensure that the TLI server is not already running. If it is not running and this error message recurs, contact Oracle Support Services.
