Error: ORA-01725: USERENV('COMMITSCN') not allowed here

Causa: The function USERNEV('COMMMITSCN') is only allowed as a top-level expression in the VALUES clause of an INSERT statements, and on the right hand side of an assignment in an UPDATE statement.

Acción: Correct the use of the function.
