Error: ORA-01568: cannot set space quota on PUBLIC

Causa: An attempt was made to set space quota on a tablespace for PUBLIC.

Acción: If trying to grant system-wide or tablespace-wide space privileges to all users, use GRANT RESOURCE [ON tablespace] TO PUBLIC.
