Error: MOD-00025: unable to create access module

Causa: The module was unable to open the output file specified in the module option.

Acción: Check that the search path to the file is correct, that sufficient privileges have been granted to access the file, and it is not locked by another user. Also check there is enough disk space and that the limit for open files is set high enough (check with the system manager).
