Error: EPC-00108: error opening registration ID file

Causa: Oracle Trace was unable to open its admin REGID.DAT file.

Acción: Verify that the file is present in the Oracle Trace admin directory and that file protections allow access. If that fails, contact Oracle Support Services. See the section titled "Contacting Oracle Support Services About Oracle Trace" for additional information.
