Error: EPC-00084: file memory mapping failed

Causa: Most often this indicates that a mismatch exists between Oracle Trace Collection Services and other components (for example, database server version). Memory mapping of Oracle Trace admin .dat files can also generate errors if files are not located on a locally mounted disk device.
