Error: PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object string

Causa: An attempt was made to operate on a database object without the required privilege. This error occurs, for example, if an attempt was made to UPDATE a table for which only SELECT privileges were granted.

Acción: Ask the database administrator to perform the operation or to grant you the required privilege.
